I don't know, whether for this type of Kahler an extra routing was required. If it wasn't, no real harm is done.
All you need is parts...

I think the nut-lock is the ugliest part of the mod.

at $520 it would be near worth it for parts. I NEEEEEEEEEEEED those star tuners and folks ask for pickguards from time to time. There's got to be other salvage there too. But... you gotta be nuts to do this to this axe.

It went for $570, I missed the end of auction. If I had been there I was going for $600. Still a good deal IMHO.
