It didn't last long. About $1,500 USD plus $60 shipping from Australia to the States. Needed original pickups and some TLC.

That one's bridge and tailpiece need replating as well, just like Bobzilla's Scruggs did.

Did anyone notice the difference in the finish between the front and back? Never seen anything like that.

Bob tuners look original, also looks like a possible re finish. The burst look on the back may be there to hide a neck/headstock repair and the guitar looks very "yellow". I've seen these ash guitars run the gambit from the real bright ones that look like they have been in a time capsule to yellowish ones but I have never seen one this yellow-even the inlays on the headstock are quite yellow. It simply be an indication of a guitar that has been out of its case for a while ........I know the buyer is a member of the ICW except I forgot who it is....

It is ICW member Kozyyik. Look at his guitars at www.kosakuworld.com

Dave,
Was the 'burst look on the back' EVER original? I've never seen one.

The "yellow" look MAY be a color temp issue on the camera or in software processing, but that back looks kinda hinky to me.
