Ace.....The wine color is very rare, but $900 is kinda steep. The last couple of Burg CA's sold in the 1200-1300 range and were in pretty good shape and the one minty one sold for $1500, however-as far as I know-their not making any more of them, personally I would really struggle with that one , but I'm totally hooked on CA's ! Depending on how bad the repair is, and If its an early one (urn headstock inlay) with the embossed pups AND the original pickguard and its in at least 8 out of 10, I'd buy it anyway knowing that I paid a too much

There was one of those mint old Burgundy ones (embossed pup covers and urn inlay...bit of buckle rash tho') last month in the music shop where I practice in Bangkok...But at a US dollar equivalent of 2000 Bucks I decided to decline...It was sold by the next week when I went back to the studio!

Thank you all for the advices, seems like it is not a good buy. Also, "upon further review", I gathered more info on the guitar. (1)It is missing the pick guard. (2)The pickups are non original. (3)It has a "Tri-sound" mini switch that may not be original. (4)No case.

Looks like I'll have to pass.
