Pictures of this guitar can be found it the ICW classifieds. I spend a lot of time these days in Louisiana area however that can change with the next phone call. The broken neck saga continues. As I sit here today, Fedex denied the claim for damage in shipment, they shipped the guitar back to the seller. The seller appears not willing to appeal to Fedex as he realizes that they denied claim for improper packaging. The Seller convinced me not to start a PayPal claim as he was sure that Fedex would cover it. Word to the wise - always make a Paypal claim. When I went to Paypal they said sorry - too late 45 days max. Same thing with the eBay Buyer Protection Plan. Visa has a 60 day window and guess what, on day 61 the seller wrote me and told me he has given up. Long story short, he has the guitar and my money. My attorney says that I will not be able to recoup my legal fees in a lawsuit. Oh yes, the seller continues to sell on eBay with a high rating. I highly recommend him as a Power Seller. That of course included dressing the frets and setting the instrument up to it's optimal playability.
