It's the equivalent of Ebay in Japan and maybe a chance to pickup some bargains, but the language barrier is a big issue. There are agents that will buy for you (see link) but charge a commission and you need to put a deposit in their paypal account, so they could be trying to rip you off (haven't used them yet so no endorsement here!!). Anyone tried one of these services?
