This week i have the chanse to try out my new ar500cs.

I have to say that itīs faboulose, the other ibsez i own canīt live up to it, the 2680 is on pair when it comes to soft sounds on the neck pup! Otherwise itīs like 5 different guitars in one and equiped with the best sound of those 5 guitars!!

Iīm hooked!

Now iīm kind of satisfied with my tone portfolio, whatīs next!

Tell me, what to do now, well, of course my collection is not complete!!

You need an MC500 or something. Or you should start collecting "Lawsuit" guitars. Do you have any MC's("Musician series")? Oh, and buy one of those AR5000 reissue guitars. Guitar Center is allowed to sell 2 more (unless they're gone already). And then buy an MC900 or MC924 bass.

Thanks man, THAT IS GOD ADVICES, something tells me that my vife doesnīt agree?!?

No, i donīt own a MC guitar but my friend got one MC300 and one ST with eq onboard. I think they are to close to one or another of my ibsez in sound, The RE is to close to the ar500.

Maybe one or two of those Bob Weir cowboys?

Iīm starting to get a problem with the cases to my guitars, where to put them?!

The neck throughs have a different sound than the mahogany body AR series. I have a Steve miller artist 2622, an ar500, an mc400, and an mc300. The artist with the eq sounds completely different than my musician with the eq. All the eq does is shape the sounds, if the guitars sound different, the eq sounds different.

I agree: my MC550 sounds very different from my AR500.

Have never tried one of those MC:s with eq, maybe that will be the next catch! Missed one that went cheap on a local internet auction when i was purchasing the ar500 and a lead II the last feew weeks. You canīt get it all.

Or a tele from the sixties or early seventies, there is another hole in my collection..

Have to let my purse rest for a while before that!
