Very expensive...

If it sells, my MC550NW may be on the block.

I saw this earlier. You gotta figure if he gets it, it's a new record. Great guitar though. A bit pricey. More than a bit. I miss mine.

LOL. Now you beat me to this one. More power to him, but I think 3 grand is too high.

Yea he lowers the price then raises it. Kinda like fishing when we were kids. I'd suggest to him to lower that worm quite a bit and he may get some nibbles.

Yes, but that 2700 was a one off, nothing even close to that I've seen before or since.

I shake my head at some of these BIN prices, but then someone does occasionally bite, especially lately. If your informed, this is too much, but then occasionally there is eventually someone who HAS to have one (whatever it may be).

The one that went for 2700 went to a guy buying to put into his Guitar "stock" 401k portfolio. Pure investor. But 3 people did bid that up that high...that was also the exact time Vintage Guitar did a feature on the MC500, and another article circulating about Guitar 401k's and the huge past gains...I know both articles had an eventual outcome on that particular one, as I spoke with the buyer.
