How's it goin' ....eh?

I have a 78 MC300 which I purchased new in 78. The guitar is in what I consider to be Real Good Shape. The original case however, was not the top of the line at the time, and the hinges have crapped out. I'm looking for information on where I can get a good quality moulded case, preferably Ibanez, but will settle for aftermarket. A custom case is a last resort. The problem is...the guitar is 42 inches long. Most moulded cases max out at 41 inches. Size matters. Any}} and all information will be greatly appreciated.
