For a picture on your PC...
Somewhere in your message, insert this line:

Text description

then change the words "Text description" to whatever you want to call the picture. When you finalize your post, you'll be asked to browse for the picture. Browse to it on your PC...pick it and post.

I didn't think that posted. i couldn't paste the formatting without the site thinking I was posting a picture myself. Doh!
Just check out the formatting section for the "backslash IMAGE" formatting.
