OK, now that you're tuned in...

I selfishly want to know which 1979 AR(and those are the KEY characters - sorry, no 4-digit Artist welcome) you own. To be redundantly clear, that would be:

(1979 Transition year - Intro to the AR line)
AR100
AR300
AR400 (so far, Fox only)
AR500 (so far, Dave only)

and not e.g. 2619.

They are the first ARs and I'd like to know how many of us have one, two...many and more about what you think of them.

obviously, if it is late '78, or early early early '80 and has the 4-digit body style (not the number) and Super 80's, then you certainly qualify. But ARs only. Tough call on some of them...

How about AR30's and AR50's? Not interested?

Sorry Ace...didn't know about those in 79...aren't they the 80"s "fatty" model with the PAF types? See, I don't know all that much about them. Hence the thread...

Anyway, nice to hear from you...been a while!

Best...

Strings: you know what I have and technically speaking, it's probably an AR300, not a 2619, so add it to your list.

You also know about the early '80 AR500 I'm still working on...

MK - Duely noted!

There's GOT to be a few more out there.

Acetan, I'm still curious on the 30s and 50s...
