This guitar has spent lots of time in its case and looked exactly the same as JohnS's GB. Everything very badly corroded. I was able to restore most of the metal parts to an acceptable level but the tuners were really gone. The other parts are still not perfect and I will replate them soon but for now they are okay.
The wood is in excellent shape. Two small dings in the top, that's all.

Food for thought: My other BB has been in it's case ever since 1981 and is not affected by corrosion at all.
Are we sure it is the plastic producing gasses which causes this mess?

This new BB is WAY louder as are my other BB and my AR500. Really WAY louder. Tone and feel are very much the same as the other two guitars. Anybody got an explaination for this? Pups, pots and setup are equal on all.

The bear is made by my wife John, I thought I'd sneak in a worldwide commercial for free......

My AS100 is much louder than my AS200, AF200 and FG100. I always thought it was because of the setup (pickups).
