I also gotta believe he is young enough to not know that this was not a good idea. So, if that is the case, and if it is any recourse to you, he's a pretty damn good artist for his age. And now we know which guitar he will be playing as a musician - I'd make him play it for the rest of his life just so he has to tell the story every time someone asks. I can't tell you how many times I have brought a beat guitar to my tech and he's brought a scratched up guitar back to life with a little tlc...
