I just bought an Ibanez Artist and was wondering what model it is. The serail number is D825561. Here is the link to the page where there are some pics(since I don't know how to post pictures yet). This is my first Ibanez ever with hopefully many more to come.

Hi there 82artist! You have there an AR100PW (Polar White) made, as you know, in April 1982.

Much appreciated. How do you differentiate between all the ARs? I read that AR100's have binding whereas mine does not. Also what type of pickups and such?

Would my 82 have the duo-tone stuff? I read something else that said that option wasn't available until 83.

No, yours has the standard lp configuration. The scan is from a 83/84 catalogue.
