Here is my newest baby:ibz-mc-total01.jpg ibz-mc-body1.jpg ibz-mc-headst1.jpg ibz-mc-headback1.jpg ibz-mc-abdeckung.jpg

It is made in january 82, it is completely original and it is in an almoust mint condition. only the bridge lost a little gold on the sides. The only thing is, that the color turned from polar/white into a beautiful vintage yellow (the sun in the metalic-sparcles in that color made it whiter on the fotos, than it is). It still has its super 58th screaming in it and the wonderful 2-tone coil-splitting per push/push-potie. I read so many things about the other musicans, but not really much about the mc150. It is not even listed in the price-list that appeares here in the icw. Why? Is it too rare, or is (or was) it a low budged guitar (what I can not believe). Would be nice haring from you!

me again,
sorry, I always wrote musican instead of musician (hello admin, could you please correct that in the title??? tks), but I have another question.

I was wondering about the metal-plate that covers the whole electronics and wich is also grounded. Can anybody tell me what it is good for and do other ibaneezes have the same cover, or just the musician?

tks for info

Stationc, nice guitar there. I have been on the lookout for one of these because I love the duo sound tone pots. I have a ST prototype the same color as yours with a lot of the same features only mine is one of a kind. I have seen these on Ebay but not too often. If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for it?

Also, per your question, what you've pictured here for the electronics cavity is the inside shield - it protects/localizes the electronic interference to keep things as quite as possible.

I hope that it did not come to you without the cosmetic cover.

I've got your back 'Freak

Strings:

I think that the plastic cavity cover is shown laying near the bottom of the guitar.

hi strings,
ibz-mc-backplate.jpg
I hope this answer yr question! and tks for the info.
no everythig is just absolutely fine with it.

hi,
yep, I have seen the discussion about yr proto. It also looks awfull nice. I love that shape, but I prefere that headstock-stile and the coil-splitting and even that polar-yellow color (lol). I used to own a mc300, that was forgotton (and surly lost) by my guitarist after a gig. and when I found this one on german ebay about two weeks ago, I wanted to have it immedeately. there was just one problem. the seller had a feedback -1 (minus one)!!!!! I contacted him and he made me trust him, and everythig just went fine. Probably his feedback was the reason, that not too many people (15) bit on the mc and after all I had to pay 308,-- euros + 6,-- shipment. do you know the regular (you know what I mean) prices for an mc in mint condition.
