New AR-3000 - Prestige Neck?

Assuming it does, can anyone comment on it? I'd like to know how that neck compares with the Prestige necks on the non-AR guitars (ie: S, SA, SZ, JEM, etc). Not for me. Too thin and the radius too flat to my taste. I do like the non-Prestige AG, AK, AM necks a lot, however. The AR3000 (and 2000) both have more rounded, slightly thicker three pc. necks. At the nut they remind me of early AS200 and 2630 necks. As you travel up to the 12th fret, the AR Prestige seems to increase girth, but in a very comfortable, natural way. The only other Prsetige I played was the Gem, the white one with gold hardware and that guitar is in a class of its own! Is it closer to the vintage Artist neck or the newer Jem neck. Just an 80's AR100 that was at GC. I like the prestige better than that. I have very small hands and find large differences between the AR-500, AM-50 and Prestige necks. I'm very interestd in getting my hands on (pun intended!) an AR-3000 to check out the neck.   Strings Username: Strings Registered: 01-2005 Posted on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 - 2:30 pm:    For me, I get much better dexterity (XL Hands) with vintage AR necks (wide) than my shaved down LP Custom FW. I guess I got lucky with mine because its perfect for me. The frets are so smoothe when you bend notes.
