Black PUP Rings?

I'm not sure if "rings" is the right word. I am referring to the cream colored plastic that holds the pups in place. It's just a pet peeve of mine but I just really don't like the cream color jammies and if I had a chance to stick black ones on, I would. I'd keep the creamers of course but I would still like to slap black ones on and give it a look-see. I don't know why they are all cream colored and I don't see even how the cream color fits in with any of the color schemes available on these old Ibanez Artists/Musicians. Well, maybe on a cherry burst, that I could understand. But anything with an AV finish, I gotta figure would look better with black surrounds around the pups. So.... that's my silly question of the day.
