This very guitar has been on the auction for about 2 weeks, again and again, with no bidders so far. It has purfling. Let me add some points. The title for this auction says "IBANEZ Artist early model of AR (from) 1970's." We don't see this model very often in Yahoo Japan Auction, but once in a while, we do. The price is a bit too high, in my opinion. I have not seen many of these (if ever) on eBay. IMNSHO, the NT just doesn't make it on this model - and there seems to be millions of them. But this Brown Sunburst WHOOOOAA!...seem like this axe was made just for that stain!! If it were here in the US, I'd want it...and I ain't even in the market for an axe. Gorgeous. Besides the language issue, the biggest issue is agreeing upon shipping.
