What the seller says about me seeing the guitar at the show and my opinion of this guitar, is true. This guitar was the highlight of the show, IMO. It has some pitting and tarnish on the bridge and a couple of lacquer chips that keep this guitar from being a 9.5/10. Pluses are a fantastic aluminum flight case and the tuner wrench.

Here's the picture of Mr. Goodwin and his 2622 that I took at the NJ Guitar show. BTW his BIN is lower than the price he was trying to get at the show.

I'm surprised that guitar hasn't sold. The current relist has a $1050 BIN. I've seen 2622s in worse condition go for more.

Jeff:

I just checked and see that the BIN is at $1150.00. He wanted $1200.00 at the show.

The lacquer chips are the only serious problem and they are pretty forgivable, really. The guitar has not been played heavily. Three quarters of the frets still have the original crown on them.

If Mr. Goodwin had offered to me at $1050, rather than $1200, I would have snatched it up. He really felt he could get it...so did I. I went out to his truck to look at a Peavy 212 Chorus tube amp, but didn't buy that either. (insert the sound clip of John kicking himself...again! Ooouch! :-))

The buyer in the UK has been snapping up the Ibanez brand recently. See, I told you the old stuff is hard to get over there.

That add just makes you want to not buy that guitar!!!! And it's overpriced for a poor condition guitar with some non-original parts
