Great guitars but not for that much. I've been seeing them on ebay in the $700-1200 USD range in the last few months but now I need one. I was lucky and got a 1983 am255 a few months ago for $30 Canadian!!! A bit beat up but perfect working condition and it sounds amazing! This is what has got me into these guitars. I love it but I would rather a non trem guitar for shows so the tuning wont go all wacky if I break a string.

I have a mint condition Fender American Deluxe Stratocster with Natural Ash body and Rosewood fretboard that I would be interested in trading for the right AM205.
