Greeting johns !I believe its a RS430 (not positive) it has blade type pups. black in color maybe had a Prorocker type bridge? Thanks! |

That's essential information. Try to upload some pics if you don't have the number. The last (incomplete) Pro Rock'R went for $176.- on eBay.
Then you'd still have to buy the arm. The Music-Outlet-Store in Cologne asks about $46.50 for them.
So that's more than $220.- to get it complete! But there are also models with simple trems.
Then there is this lady in the Free Classifieds who asked us for this very same part for her husband's birthday. (It's always nice when she's behind your hobby. I had a girlfriend years ago, who started complaining about my "guitar madness" when I bought my sixth guitar. She was probably right, because now I've between 40 and 50 stringed instruments or so. I don't count them anymore, haha).
This lady in the Free Classifieds was the first one to ask, and she's willing to walk over hot coal for her "hubby".
So I suggest that we let her have the first one that comes along. Don't fight over this part. The prices are already ridiculous enough. (The Edge is a far better trem and doesn't cost that much.)
A bit of patience can save you both a lot of money.

You aren't planning to pay this price for an arm, are you? A new Edge arm costs $14.- through Hoshino USA. The original Pro Rock'r bars were 27.50 guilders. I bought two in the clearance, with spare nylon bushings, but I use one in the Edge of my custom made Hillman Longhorn (the one with the Ibanez hardware and pickups).
This Music-outlet-shop Cologne is not particularly a favourite here on the board. They present only ONE picture of every guitar on eBay and always in the same position. Tail in front and head in the background. You never can take a good look at the neck and headstock. (That's a way to hide crack repairs). And they are NOT cheap at all. Not exactly what I expect when I read the word "outlet".
If you ask me, there is a risk to buy a lemon because of their instrument presentations.
And this part is just ridiculously expensive.

They ask $46.50 for the arm ONLY!
Or was it Euros??? Can't find the ad anymore. As usual they place their ads in the UK, where Ibanez parts are rare and they do it in Pound Sterling. If you get legal problems, everything goes by the German law, which gives a pretty good protection for customers. But you can't claim millions because the manual of the microwave didn't warn you can NOT dry your doggy in it, or because your lungs are gone because you smoked too much.

Wow i mis-understood  220.00 complete,ill pass! Ill just try to sell the the guitar w/out a trem.The body is beat but- the neck is still in fair shape.( some-fret ware on the first few frets, upper frets great cond. !)
All electronics work.What do think the guitar is worth Ginger? or anyone have an idea??If any one wants it make me an offer!Thanks!!!!! |

No sorry Ibeyfan.Only thing i do have is the trem that came w/ the guitar.Someone retro-fitted a Washburn 2001 trem.left 2 small holes in the body from modification. |

What's the centre to centre distance between the stud holes? There are perhaps other trems that fit.
It is already a player's guitar, because of the holes.

Aprox. 3 1/4" I guess one could look up the exact measurements on data sheet? |
