here is your '82 MC350! this is exactly what Murawski plays but for the finish (his is a NT this one is a DS) better hurry, only 8 hours left! it is priced ridiculously low right now.

oops, and I believe I erred on the '82 myself. On further inspection without the coil taps it appears this guitar is a 150 not a 350. Sorry to get your hopes up.

Silly Rabbit's!!! YES....MURAWSKI is THE MAN!!! Those links are good, and I've seen those Axe's but they are not THE AXE. The 1st looks to be a 78 or 79...and the second is a 150DS...and I already have one of those. The diff between the 150 and the higher models in 82 is HUGE. also, they made about a zillion of the 150's (in 82) while the 350 was limited to about 350 units and the 550 was limited to under 1000 units. Keep 'em commin though! I appreciate it!!!

JeffM725...how did you know about Murawski? OH...and I check ebay every day...those axe's you're referrin to were not from 82. The '82 MC350 and MC550 are wicked rare my friend;-)

I think Scott Murawski is a great guitarist. I grew up in Simsbury CT, seen Max Creek a zillion times and have been lucky enough to sit in with them on more than a few occasions. I also was in a band with Greg Vasso many moons ago.
I do know how rare the 350's and 550's are and I do think that 350's kick the of the earlier 200's and 300's (and even probably 400's), however I really think the 500's hold their own. The 79 500 is my main stage guitar and love it I had a chance to buy a 550 at the same time I got my 79 500 and compared them side to side. So while I agree for you overall passion for the 82's x50 series, the 500 is the one model from the earlier years that really stands up.
