Kinda ruins the eBay bidding excitement doesn't it? But you don't have a $300 guitar. There's a lot of members here (me included) that would never let it go that cheap without bidding on it ourself! Listed correctly (as you have done), you can be confident the guitar will sell at a price you'll be happy with.
