GB-10 Early! Oct. 1977 #016

Here's some of the story on this instrument: "This guitar was the prize for a promotion with George Benson(his Label), Sam Goody and WFIL (a Philadelphia AM station). I think they did this in several cities." "I have the old pick guard and yes, the pickups are marred from it. But all of them have this if they were kept in their cases. The front has two scratches at the f-holes and some small marks around the lower bout. Also, in the picture of the head stock you'll see some chips. You can see in the pictures that it comes with the original warrantee card and hang tags." "If I can not get a good price for it I will put it back on E-bay. I want to sell it but I want full value for this early one." "I was the Promotions Manager at WFIL at the time. I believe there were some keyword violations that got it knocked off.
