Another rare bird...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=011&item=320015981040&rd=1&sspa gename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

I meant to offer it up here first on ICW, ... it was scheduled to go off, I thought, for next Friday...oh well, woke up this morning and was already fielding questions on her, I think my thumbwheel mouse bit me again on the start time... it went off last night, a week earlier than I was ready for.

John S,,,please teach me how to do that link thing you do so I can help out when posting Ebay links (unless only you can do it). Thx

Any questions, please holler.

Regarding the Ibanez MC500 NT
I will be relisting this guitar again tonight, the pics are just not good enough for me...
It was supposed ot go off next friday, and auction wasn't really finished...I also think I will be keeping flight case...just too hard to replace these, will be including another period correct hard case.

Just wanted to give anyone heads up as you will see the auction ending in a bit....just relink to the new auction with better pics tonight.

Thx,
Jim

Jcmc64:

To include an ICW-friendly link in your Discussion message, just copy the auction number from the ebay page, paste it into the "Enter Item number" textbox that appears above the "Add Your Message Here" textbox. Then press the "Add Ebay!" button to transfer the link into your message.

Nice looking MC500!

I'm not sure why, but your link isn't working correctly. So, I'll include it in this message:

Jim, that's a beautiful axe. What is this, MC500NT week? Isn't this the third we've seen in these last few days?

Just a small observation, in case you might get any comeback from a buyer. I don't think that's a 9 pc neck. That's 7, not counting the side strips of laminate where the headstock widens. Unless mine's an 11, this is what a 9 looks like, with maple in the middle, rather than walnut:
9 pc

Jc are you copying the entire link to the item then pasting into add ebay? Thats what it looks like to me. You only need to add the item number for the ICW friendly link.

Yeah, copy that Freak, first time mistake, got it worked out by the third time on another post! "Enter Item number"...40-something disease! (Man, what will I be like at 50...scary...)

re. the recent MC500 run on Ebay...Maybe the Vintage Guitar Mag Article in recent issue on the MC 500...? I just ordered it.

Also, I am awrare of the 7-piece vs. 9 Piece discussion...on an old thread there was a debate over this...I know the 78 catalog says 7 piece, but examining the Head Stock, it shows the outer flare having 2 more pieces--

headstock

But that would make it a 7-piece neck and 9-piece Headstock...??!!
