It's been a little while since I posted, but I thought I would list this beauty for you here before she goes to eBay. I'm putting my Antoria Memphis 74 up for sale. She's a solid 8/10 condition, with a few knocks and bumps on the back and edges, but nothing serious. Has an extra strap button behind the neck, and a mini-switch added between the treble volume and tone controls. But, no headstock scroll breaks and the pickguard is there and in great shape! Original pups too! Also has OHSC in sound shape. Asking £475 plus p&p, and yes, I'm happy to ship internationally. Please email me on P.Conway@tees.ac.uk if you need pics or are interested. I'm happy to answer any questions

Of course we want pics!

For two reasons:
1) If I read "CA" I want to see it.

2) Also I want to know more about the brand of Hank Marvin's first electric guitar.
He was the inspiration for the purchase of my first electric guitar, when the Shadows made their comeback with "Theme From Deerhunter" and the 20 Golden Greats / 20 Greatest Hits album in Holland. I then had the luck to play the 1962 Sunburst Fender Stratocaster of jazz guitarist Jan Formanoy who was a teacher in our local music school. He had bought it for the music school with an option to buy it back whenever he would leave. I left the village and went to university, and when I came back, Jan was gone and the Fender had been replaced by ...
a white Ibanez with a fine tuner bridge.

When I saw it a few years later, some fine tuner screws and the snap-in tremolo bar were gone. I'll go back there and see if I can fix it for them somehow. I've to bring back some books I used as a reference for translating guitar books for the music education division of Warner Bros anyway.

Anyway for me the circle is closed:

Antoria inspired Hank,
Hank inspired me on the strat,
I played the strat that was replaced by an Ibanez, which I began the appreciate more and more since I bought 6 of them,
And Ibanez brought me to your Antoria...

I really hope that you manage to upload some pics.

Here we go for pics then:

I have more pics; please ask if you need any of particular parts of the guitar. The speed knobs in the pictures are not original; I have the gold witch-hat knobs that came with the guitar, and I believe are original.
