If its Cort, it's what I'm in the market for. I would prefer natural finish or anything other than S/B or V/B. I sold all my 80's and now wish I hadn't after listening to it on the Lexicon recording. The block inlays do make a difference in the sound when recording digital believe it or not. You'd better buy within your own currency system until we're 1:1 again. The reverse transactions are more interesting: selling to Europe and buying from USA. Markownly, Narrow headstocks are either: '94/spring'95 made by Samick with non-waxpotted SUPER FIFTY pickups, that give microphonic feedback, or: end of spring (MAY) '95-'96 made by Cort with decent wax-potted SUPER 58's. So you have 16 bad months and 20 good ones with narrow headstocks. If you bought a Samick, there is a thread by Hazy with a "z" about waxpotting pickups in a deep fryer. The other solution is changing the pickups for Super 58's. Ginger
