This looks nice and more J200 shape than Dreadnought.

I've been meaning to ask what you all think of these adjustable acoustic bridges. I always thought that they hampered the transmission of vibrations to the top, thru the saddle. Sound reasonable or just one of those "old luthier's tales".

John, I have a 1972/73 Yamaha FG300 acoustic. It has a fully adjustable bridge for height and intonation, there are individual saddles for each string. The saddles look like bone to me. The saddles sit inside a u-shaped channel. The channel is adjustable for height. Below is a link to the best picture I've seen of an FG300. Sound-wise, it's very mellow and quite loud, so I don't think the bridge has any deleterious effect on the sound.

Incidentally, those are not the original tuners on the FG300 shown in that link, and there is no upper guitar strap button on mine.

The sides and back are not rosewood as the seller claims!

I have a Hummingbird copy manufatured by Pearl that appears identical to the Ibanez model. I removed the adjustable bridge for a recording session so that a piezo pick-up could be used under a standard bone bridge. I didn't notice any difference in tone. The original adjustable bridge is back in place and does allow the action to be optimised for different playing styles and string guages. I would leave it be.
