There's a very nice 1981 M340 on ebay:

I have one of these in TV finish and I really love it. Do a keyword Search in the Acoustic section of this board and see what others say.

The BIN is $350.00 which is very reasonable for a guitar of this caliber and what looks to be a very nice HSC.

Here's a 1981 blonde M340. No hardshell case, but at $100.00 starting price, it looks like a great deal.
