Nice looking. Any thoughts on this guitar?

Nice guitar! It's a copy of a high end Guild, maybe a D-40 or D-55 though I've never seen a Guild with a split back like that before. I wish they'd shown a photo of the label...there's another interesting concord on ebay at the moment, its a Martin 000 (or Yamaha FG-75 =)) copy which looks sweet. They'll only ship internationally with UPS though which makes it crazy-expensive.

Michael:

The 1976 catalog says of the 2846:

Selected, fine grained spruce top (probably not solid).
Three piece rosewood back, joined with wood inlay stripe.
Fancy black and white trim inlays around the top and sound hole.
Roesewood fingerboard with pearloid dots and rosewood bridge.
Deluxe individual machine heads for precise tuning.

One price list says it listed for $199.00 US.

Cheeseboy:

I can't tell what model number this one is. Has anyone asked the seller for it?

Here's an ICW-friendly ebay URL. Please use it, if possible.
