Looking for a nice beginners acoustic

A friend of mine who never played before asked me to find him a nice acoustic. So what vintage Ibanez would be good beginners guitar that can be found still? Choose a type number ending with S (for solid). They sound sweet and warm. If you want a steel string, I advice you to try a brand new solid rosewood Blueridge guitar. That's not vintage, not Ibanez, but better! In the Benelux they're distributed by: http://www.hboetzkes.com They're from Saga. If you want an Ibanez, you could try a Lonestar or an Artwood. Old Performers like the PF10 have laminated tops. Cheap but not so good. The Concords are also very nice guitars, but the secret's out on those. But as you can see, the price on the Concord series tend to run a bit on the high side, especially for a beginner guitar.
