Does anyone have either of these models? I am wanting to know how this model sounds when amplified, in a live sound setup. I've read in some reviews that it's got a great "amplified" sound and with the help of the EQ/electronics, you can get a great acoustic amplified tone.
For those of you who have either or both of these models, what is your honest opinion?? I am looking to get a nice acoustic that gives a nice amplified acoustic tone and is really easy/comfortable to play. I do have a takamine that has a great natural guitar sound, but the electronics arent that great in my opinion. It's great for mic recording though. Not really for live shows.
Also, is there a big difference b/n the piezo and the fishman pickups? The AE40 has the piezo, and the new AEF30's have the fishmans.....i dont know which is the better of the two....so if you can reply with your reviews, that would help!
