Hmmmm. He's taking a $28.00 loss, too. Can lightning strike twice? We'll see.
I see that this seller ("richrhocks") won the white Challenger with rosewood fretboard from "Romansells" for $611.00. Much closer to a reasonable price.

They had a dispute about that white one, which initially ruined the feedback of both eBayers. They both must have agreed to mutually withdraw the feedback, but I remember Rich felt mislead about the condition of the white one and expressed himself in not too flattering words...

At this point, you can't blame him for trying to find someone else to grab this guitar on impulse, like he did, to make back the money. But it costs him every time he lists it. I feel sorry for him. I've leaped too soon at guitars (though not for two grand) and ended up with a couple stinkers. For the most part, I get my money back or take a small loss when I resell them.
