A nice guitar, but not $500 nice. (Not that I'm buying even if it was stock, but that's what I see.)   Harry Username: Harry Registered: 3-2001 Posted on Monday, December 03, 2007 - 2:54 am:    It's even worse: originally this was a 2-pickup model and the middle pickup was added later on (that is: a DiMarzio was put in the bridge position and the original bridge pickup was placed in the middle). In this condition the collector's value of the guitar is close to zero, which means that it's only an object of interest as a player, for those guitarists who will like this guitar "as is" and who don't care about originality. They wanted $700. I told the salesman that they'd never get that price for a butchered Ibanez, and what was the lowest he'd go? He said $650. I left. May as well wait til a real one comes along.
