Here's another request for a price range on an LP replica. Here's all the information passed on to me:

"...thought maybe you could know how much would be a normal prize for that kind of guitar. This guitar is approximately 15 - 20 years old, but unfortunately without a serial number. thank you."

Hi John
Best prices I've seen of late (at least on E-Bay) are as follows:

2350BK @ $350 in 8.5/10
2420BK @ $329 in 8.5/10

both original. They've been passed in at even slightly higher prices.

Cheers
Russ

It depends on whether the guitar has a set neck or bolt. The setneck versions are higher priced.

It's interesting that the Greco set necks don't bring the same as the Ibanez ones.

I have a Suzuki set neck LP custom in cherry sunburst with a nearly lawsuit headstock (only a slight difference in the open book). IT didn't cost me a great deal, and I understand it was made in the same factory as the Ibanez models.

I'm just wondering about the Diamond logo ...... are they all that crooked or is this a refinish maybe ? There seems to be much confusion with these guitars . Most people call anything that remotely looks like a Les Paul a "lawsuit guitar" . I have a mate with one of these (2350 bolt on with Super 77's I think ) with open book and Diamond logo but its a 1978 (it has a serial # ) . Does that still make it a Lawsuit guitar or not ??? Its probably comming up for sale soon and we don't want to mislead ppl when we advertize it . Drifting away from Ibanez for a moment I saw a Kasuga Les Paul copy on ebay the other day , I remember playin' one of these as a kid and it was as good as any other copy I've played since. It sold for a resonable price and I wouldn't mind getting one of these . Does anyone know anything about them ?
