Just did a quick search but couldn't find what I was looking for; were Super 70s only used in Ibanez branded guitars, or did other guitars from the same factory use them as well? If the other guitars used different brand pickups, were they effectively the same thing, just a different name (as in Antoria/Ibanez)?

Finally, I could only find two references to Sakai branded guitars here, does anyone know which factory these came from? I came across a boltneck Les Paul Junior for $125, with some basic similarities to lower-end Ibanez replicas (example, the body is 2 piece sandwiched mahogany, same control knobs, same truss rod cover). My daughter wants a guitar for Xmas, and rather than buy some cheap POS new guitar, I figured a Sakai LP Junior would do the trick, so long as it came from a decent factory.
