Hi Rockdude

I have one of these myself in excellent condition and I must admit that allthough it is a very rare and collectable Ibanez (only has been 2 years in production: 1971 and 1972), as a guitar ("player") it is not very much outstanding. And it's not even a 100% faithfull copy, because it has no extra tone-knobs in the horn of the scratch plate, like the original F.n.er has. The electronics set-up is very basic: 2 pickups, 3-way switch, one volume, one tone.
It's a very modest guitar with a modest sound, nothing special. But in spite of that it's very sought after among collectors. Hard to find....I think I saw this model offered only 2 times on Ebay, during my 5-6 years of intensive collecting until now.

And about the book-cover the seller used: he took that picture from our site, but the book still is not ready for publishing. The publisher is in some financial trouble and is delaying the work on the book time after time... I fear that the whole project might get cancelled..... Next monday the publisher and I will have a meeting about how things will develope. I promise you all: if this (looser of a) publisher quits the project we will put anything in work to find another one. Maybe with a little help from my ICW friends? Any ideas or tips?????

Kind greetings,
Harry
