Looks like a model 2394, SG replica. Although, I don't think Gibson ever made a blonde SG with maple neck and fretboard.

They show in the 1973, 1974 and 1975 catalog. But I don't see it in the '76 catalog. Also, the ones shown don't have black markers on the 19th and 21st frets.
