Hi everyone,

i'm fairly new to this but hopefully this works. i just got a lp copy the other day, from what i've read here i think it's a "2350" but i'm not sure...i can't get a photo of it yet but can describe it:

headstock: open book style with diamond shape inlay and old Ibanez logo, has NO serial number (!), has regular looking chrome machine heads, truss rod cover has "Custom" written on it

neck: bolt on style, has binding with trapezoid-shaped fret markers (not square-ish blocks), has 22 frets

neck plate: has "Made in Japan" and nothing else on it

body: has binding i think with some kind of sunburst finish, maybe cherry?
some nasty old microphonic pickups of differing variety, one has a chrome covering plate on it.
has a white scratch plate and toggle switch plate,
four vol/tone knobs that are bell-shaped, gold-disc-on-top variety. back of body has 2 plates, one round one diamond shaped. pickup mounting rings are cream.

and, that's about it! phew! if it helps at all, some guy on here has a picture of all his 2350 gats on a cream leather couch...it looks lot like the 3rd one from the left. any help would be greatly appreciated! :-)

thank you,
phil

Sounds like a 2351 to me. Pickups might be the original ones, chrome covered in neck position and double white with open coil casing in bridge position.

BTW, nice couch isn't it?

Paul
