Emilio...Looks like its been refinished. My German sucks, but the seller is very sketchy on details-he even refers to a picture that isn't shown regarding the electronics. Looks like a 2373 (?)something grody goin on with the nut too !

Dave,

Let me help you on the German:

"RARE! Vintage!

TOP offer, offering a

Ibanez, Model ?

Rosewood - Gold

Year of manufacture: 60s or 70s,
Of course "Made in Japan".

3 humbuckers gold plated, 60s- 70s guitar

gold plated - Metal parts unfortunately a bit worn and should be plated again. Finish has already been improved some time ago. So it needs some care.

see pictures

Electronics ok. extremely rare. Rarity.

The pictured electric guitar is exactly the offered guitar"

OK, I did what I'm good at.
You can do your thing now!

(BTW, I had to look up "grody", it's like "yucky" isn't it? Looks like a putty sculptured fag to me).

Ginger, the seller has now added this:

'Ein netter ebayer hat herausgefunden, das es eine Ibanez/Copy einer Gibson SG ist,
Made in Japan Anfang der 70er Jahre'

Could you give us an exact translation?

Fish, I am not Ginger but it says:

A kind ebayer has informed me this is an Ibanez copy of a Gibson SG, made in the early seventies.
