Not sure if this is rare or not but just picked up a Lefty Lawsuit Precision: original case, key, ashtrays, manual, thumbrest in almost immaculate condition. AUS$160 (approx US$120). I originally planned to sell on at an inflated price but it's so wonderful i may just convert it to righty (or play left handed) Will post pics if anyone is interested (and i can work out how)

Hi Rockdude

Please DO post pictures!!! I know of lefty Ibanez Jazzbass models, but I never have seen any Ibanez Precision copy in left-hand version, so it must be quite a rare bird.
I must say youŽve got this one very cheap and as a collector IŽd gladly give you four times the amount you paid for it (if it really is a genuine Ibanez).

Kind greetz,
Harry

Thanks Harry, if it's ok with you can i email the pictures directly to you? if you would like to post feel free. I have photos am just having trouble uploading them. I can assure you as a long time ibanez fan (more player than collector) it is completely genuine. Ibanez case, ibanez logo, i just wish i was a lefty!

Harry, let us get a look at it if you're getting it (or once you get it, either is fine)... would be cool to see one! Haven't seen a P-bass in a while anyways, I thought about buying one (a righty) a while back just to learn on and to toy around with for beats, etc to assist with song writing.

Okay guys

Here it is: the first lefty Ibanez Precision IŽve ever seen.
Rockdude has sent me the pictures and gave me the permission to put them on this thread.
I also promised me that if he ever wants to sell IŽll be the first to know....
At this moment Dude is too much in love with the bass himself, allthough he is not a lefty player.

lol
"I also promised me....".....
ThatŽs what I often do: promise myself something....
YouŽll all understand that this was wishful thinking and that it had to be "He also promised me".

Cool, same color as the one I saw a while back as a righty that I thought looked so nice!
