Yes, an RG440 and Munch don't seem to fit with each other do they?? Emilio, If its not too much trouble, a few photos from under the hood or a hand drawn wiring layout would be much appreciated. I'm attempting to sort out a guitar that belongs to a mate. He's had it since new, but back in the old days it got messed around with and he's asked me if I'd have a look at it. At this stage, the wiring seems tampered with and its missing the locking nut string retaining clamps. By the way, do you know if the treble side pivot point on the original Edge tremelo was straight or rounded out like the later models? He seems to think a local repairer rounded out the pivot point to fix a problem with intonation and after this the tremelo never returned to tune properly. I dunno if the locks are available as separate pieces. Ya might hafta get a complete assembly. Yes, the treble side knife edge is curved to keep the bridge centered.
