just got a 442R in trans red, it was pretty dirty and grimey when i got it, need some help.

it has a maple neck, lots of minor dings and finish problems, on the back of the neck, should i sand it?

it has some staining on the fingerboard, what do i do about it?

where can i find bridge posts and one locking gotoh tuner?

Try browsing "The Guitarist's Workshop" section. You may find at least some cleaning info. "Free Clasifieds" is good place to look for spare parts.
