It is black

what year is it ?
any additional information about it?

what is a difference between it and frank gambaly
and between s470?

Your guitar is from 1992,built in Japan.The only difference with the 470s is that yours has the edge trem and the 470s is fitted with a Gibraltar
bridge and quickchange tailpiece.The FGM [Frank Gambale]model has the low pro edge trem,sharktooth inlay,Dimarzio pup's and recessed
neck,pup's and trem i.e. everything is almost flush with the body.
