skitter guitar, with the all access neck joint

this guitar doesn't say Ibenz but it has the same neck joint. It is so distinctive, I feel it has to be an ibenez.

It has no serial numbers, only the word skitter on the head stock. It's shaped like a telecaster but with a carved top with a tune o matic bridge, bound neck and body, vintage yellow tint body and neck. With "shadow" brand pick ups. Shadow told me that the pick ups where bought from them for that guitar in 95. But, that was all they could tell me. So, what do you guys think?
