IBZ USA pickup wiring help needed

They have no model designation on the front, just the IBZ USA logo. Wires are red, white, black, green and bare metal (ground I presume). As they are DiMarzio made, do they use the DM wiring code?Can anyone please indicate the functions of the wires, and how best to connect these to allow coil tapping? Any help gratefully appreciated. Poke around and see if you can find a guitar that uses that (or a similar) pickup with coil tapping.
