Do a search on SB70 and you'll find plenty of pictures that match this one, but with the rest of the wood. I wonder if the upper horn broke off and they reshaped it into a Tele-bumpa-kinda thingy. Pretty cool looking really. When they stripped it, they got some fairly decent grain to work with. Besides the unique shape, the grain patterns appear identical.
