i was wondering if anybody would be kind enough to help me get some info on my roadstar 2...

on the back of the headstock it has rs530
serial is e851030 m.i.j

locking trem..
2 ibanez humbuckers..
3 way toggle
2 push pots..
3rd standard pot..
painted a green to black on the top..
all black on the back of the body and neck..

The RS530 was availble for the '84 and '85 model years. Serial number E85**** inducates a build date of May 1985. I think the finish you describe is Marine Sunburst. I don't have production or pricing for that model.

my dad had that guitar. well he set up looks the same. his was black with 2 red lines outlined around the body. he lost it in a fire a few years back. id love to get him one like it. any word on what those are running nowadays? they hard to find?
