Here's a Ghostrider quartet. These are from my collection and all are pretty minty. We got GR520's on the flanks: the rare vintage sunburst on the left and the orange sunburst on the right. Gorgeous split pearl/abalone inlays. In the middle, we got a pair of GR220's. Cool P90's! The one on the left is the rare green one, which is called transparent blue (in Japan, they call the green light "the blue light"), and the one on the right of it it the more common black finish, which on this guitar is gorgeous because of the binding all around it. The binding goes all around the body, all along the neck, and even along the headstock! I've heard complaints about the set neck construction. The neck joint does stick out a bit there. But if you play it regularly, you get used to it. I guess it didn't bother endorsee Shawn Lane too much. I understand all models were made in Korea. I love these guitars. My favorites are the vintage sunburst GR520 and the black GR220. There is another model, the GR320. I don't have experience with them. One of the coolest names ever given to an Ibanez guitar, and a guitar that lives up to the name Enjoy! GR 320 is a funny one, it has Tele-style bridge, strings-thru-body, flat top and 2 humbuckers.. The Ghostrider Family: 1. GR320 -- This model came with dot inlays and dual humbuckers. It had a tele style bridge and the bridge humbucker was mounted in this housing. It is the one that Al Jourgensen was pictured with in an old Ibanez ad. It was available in black and cherry with black hardware. They were introduced in 94 and produced for a very short time. 2. GR520 -- This was also a dual humbucker model. It is the one that has the abalone/MOP inlays and gold hardware. It was available in orange sunburst and vintage sunburst. Produced from 94-96 or so. 3. GR220 -- This is the soapbar pickup model. It had dot inlays and was available in black and transparent blue and came with chrome hardware.
