Well heres a few new ones for you.

First up is a 1983 DT-300 which I always though was a mistake in the catalogs as I have never seen one turn up. Although it was butchered with a Kahler it is indeed a 83 DT-300. Notice the relocated knobs which started in 83...

Now this is a mystery model... Looks like a 1995 Destroyer, but in no catalog I have ever seen. Back of neck is painted & looks to have an original edge trem... Looks like I need to take another trip back to Japan...

Hey Laaz... this is EXACTLY what I'm looking for.

Let me know if you get any more details on it or run across one for sale.

It looks very much like one of the 420 Reissues from 2002. The big difference seems like the finished neck versus the natural backed neck.

Looks beautiful.

Oh... with the 2002 reissues, I've noticed a bunch of them on Ebay as of late, and I notice that the 200 series are being advertised as a mahogony body, can anyone confirm or deny that these are actually mahogony rather than basswood?

And the Edge.

Yes, the DT200 is mahogany. Mine is a 3-piece. Bolt-on neck. Wasn't real crazy about the Powersound pickups. Utherwise it's gonna be a good player if I ever finish the friggin' paint...
