Recently I bought a '87 RG 550 for $200 from a local pawnshop. At around the same time my drummer gave me an old Destroyer II with some pickups he installed himself, he said they're call "Invaders". Anyway, I found out they are Seymore Duncan PU's, so I thought I would try them in the pawnshop RG. All I can say is "OH MY GOD!" These PU's are the one's used by Corrosion of Conformity's new CD. It kinda feels like they are beating you in the chest when you hear them. I guess it just goes to show ya, it's not the cost, it's just being in the right place at the right time.
MAY ROCK BE WITH YOU.
